Our Commitment to Quality
Dídean operates to national accommodation and care standards, verified through independent inspection by HIQA and by IPAS
Dídean's service is designed to meet the National Standards for International Protection Accommodation, and to align with the Standard Needs service specification set out in Ireland's National Implementation Plan for the EU Migration and Asylum Pact
Dídean's staff are qualified social care professionals — fully Garda vetted, trained to national standards, and supported by ongoing professional development. Training includes Children First, safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and the specialist areas relevant to the cohort we serve
Dídean centres are subject to ongoing internal audit, scheduled and unannounced IPAS inspection, and has been inspected by HIQA — the State's independent Health Information and Quality Authority. Inspection findings have been consistently positive across both regimes
